Notice of Amendment to Residential Foreclosure Mediation Program Effective 12/1/10

Additional hearing time for all contested foreclosure hearings will be made available in Manatee County.  The calendars are called “PRE SUMMARY JUDGMENT”.  Please review the “Judges Requirements” in JACS  and schedule all hearings in JACS.
 
The court will still have  separate JACS calendars titled “FORECLOSURE SUMMARY JUDGMENT” in Manatee County.  Additional hearing times have been added in Manatee County.
